St. Joseph's Medical Group of Stockton, a service of CHW Medical Foundation (“St. Joseph's Medical Group of Stockton”), is a division of CHW Medical Foundation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation that operates a California 1206-L clinic with locations (referred to as “care center locations”) throughout Northern California.
St. Joseph's Medical Group of Stockton provides health care services to Stockton area families through its professional service agreement with Stockton Physicians Medical Associates, Inc., the employer of the physicians serving the patients at St. Joseph's Medical Group of Stockton. St. Joseph's Medical Group of Stockton and St. Joseph's Medical Center are each affiliates of Catholic Healthcare West (CHW). CHW Medical Foundation also provides health education and medical research.
