St. Joseph's Advice Nurse Call Center
Through our partnership with St. Joseph's Medical Center, we are pleased to offer our patients free, confidential access to health information 24-hours a day through our Advice Nurse Call Center at 209.939.4523. A caring and professional Registered Nurse is available to provide confidential guidance about your health concerns.
For health conditions arising on the weekends and evenings, please call our Advice Nurse line and you will be directed to the appropriate level of care.
By calling the Advice Nurse Call Center, you can select to hear information from more than 1,000 pre-recorded health-related topics, or choose to speak to a Registered Nurse for specific answers to health-related questions. Our Registered Nurses are also available to provide current health and wellness information and answer general health questions. Physician referral services are also available, and our staff have access to translation services in multiple languages.
