St. Joseph's Medical Group of Stockton is a division of CHW Medical Foundation (CHWMF). CHWMF is a nonprofit medical foundation with locations (referred to as “care centers”) throughout California.
St. Joseph's Medical Group of Stockton provides healthcare services to Stockton area families through its professional service agreement with Foundation Physicians Medical Group, Inc. (FPMG), dba St. Joseph's Medical Group of Stockton, Inc. St. Joseph's Medical Group of Stockton and St. Joseph's Medical Center are each affiliates of Catholic Healthcare West (CHW). CHW Medical Foundation also provides health education and medical research.
